"Never responded to our request to review our policies. When we cancelled and saved over $400 monthly, still no response."

"The proof of the pudding is in eating it. Likewise, the proof of insurance is in claiming it, not buying it, they say! Nevertheless, one may or may not have a great experience even during the insurance buying process. Luckily, I had a great experience, thanks to Courtnie Jackson. "We have been with Brian Slack for many years and have tolerated his poor customer service, lack of proactive communication and failure on every level with regards to the handling of our policies and service. He deflects blame, places undue hardship on customers by not providing timely information and updates, and he is constantly behind the eight ball. Please do yourself a favor and find an agent in your corner. Realistically, we don't expect service outside the norm but if you want to know about an issue in advance, select another agent because this is not what you will get with him."
