"Never responded to our request to review our policies. When we cancelled and saved over $400 monthly, still no response."

There was only an after normal business hours request to cancel all policies back to a prior date, which that department took care of for you. "I worked personally with Courtnie Jackson in the Plano office. I needed to triple my renter's insurance and wanted to go with someone who was hands on and VIP customer service oriented. I was so impressed I changed my auto insurance even though I was not planning on it.
